Starting problem

What was taking too long.

The admin dashboard used broad access and weak session handling. The team could not see who changed sensitive records.

Our work

What the team delivered.

We tightened authentication, role-based access, input validation, and audit logging. The team was one project lead and two developers. This was a hardening engagement, not a certified penetration test.

Outcome

What the client reported.

The client reported that admin access was narrower and that sensitive actions left a record. That feedback came from the review after the 4–6 week engagement. We do not claim a security certification or a guaranteed risk score.

Visual evidence

A labelled demonstration.

The client has not approved a screenshot of their live system. The picture below is a demonstration of the kind of screen we built. It is not their interface and it does not show their data.
